Connect
Properties, meters, tariffs and organisation structure are set up. Excel connectors attach to the sheets each hotel already keeps.
Validate
Historic data is loaded and checked, and the missing-upload alerts start chasing the properties that haven't submitted.
Analyse
Dashboards, reports and regression models go live. Report dispatch is configured per role and per property.
Act
Measures move from the knowledgebase into action plans, and regression tells you whether they delivered.
