EEG completed the energy audit to the landmark Palace Hotel the Four Seasons George V Paris back in 2012 with a number of recommended Efficiency Measures. In the last 5 years the property has been through major  upgrades in terms of equipment, outlets and rooms.  In addition, the property is currently undergoing a major SPA expansion and upgrade which will certainly have an impact on its utilities operations and related consumptions.

EEG has been assigned to undertake an energy audit update taking into consideration all the changes that occurred in the past few years and focusing on building a new road map for total utilities optimization.  The project has been initiated in May 2017 and was completed in July with a comprehensive road map of potential improvements at all utilities levels.
