Energy Efficiency Audit Completed by Q1 2025

Demonstrating its ongoing commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency, Mövenpick Hotel & Resort Albidaa Kuwait partnered with EEG to conduct a detailed energy audit. This ASHRAE Level 2 audit aimed to identify opportunities for reducing energy consumption and enhancing the property's environmental performance.

Initiated in late 2024, the project was successfully completed by the end of the first quarter of 2025. The final report delivered to the hotel management showcased a total of 14 distinct Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs). If fully implemented, these measures have the potential to achieve up to 30% in total energy savings for the resort, contributing significantly to reduced operational costs and a smaller carbon footprint.

These findings provide Mövenpick Hotel & Resort Albidaa Kuwait with a clear roadmap for implementing impactful changes that will further solidify its commitment to environmental stewardship while maintaining its reputation for exceptional hospitality
