Following the agreement with the property, EEG has initiated the energy audit of the 54,000m² Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay which sits on a man-made island in the newly developed area of Bahrain Bay.

The 68 floors 273 rooms landmark hotel opened in March 2015 and includes 5 pools along with a 6000m² SPA , more than 2200m² of meeting rooms and a large number of outlets

While the property has been recently completed and started operation, it wishes to undertake an energy audit in order to assess its present baseline and to investigate all potential efficiency measures that will help optimize its overall utilities budget.

EEG mandate covers the analysis of all utilities including electricity, district cooling ,  LPG, and water. The project is expected to be completed by the end of October 2016.
