EEG is pleased to announce that it has signed two contracts with the Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation (LCEC) following two separate public tendering procedures. The projects are part of the regional  "Energy Smart Mediterranean Schools Network project (ESMES)" financed by the European Union (EU) through the ENI CBC Med Program.

One contract is for the energy monitoring activities in 6 public schools, whereby the schools will be equipped with smart meters to track the real-time energy consumption, while the second covers the energy audit for one public school, the “ Ecole des Arts et Metiers”  in the region of Dekwaneh. The energy audit will pave the way for renewable energy and energy efficiency actions.
