It features 77 guest rooms, suites, and villas, each with intimate views and close connections to the Serengeti’s expansive landscapes. It is also home to the 6 treatment rooms’ Serengeti Kani spa and a total of 5 F&B outlets.

Sustainability practices are part of the DNA of the property with features such as rainwater harvesting, Sewage Treatment Plant, recycling, drinking water bottling plant, and the implementation of energy efficiency features such as LED lighting.
In line with these practices, EEG undertook a comprehensive energy audit of the property in order to provide a clear road map and prioritization of potential efficiency measures that could push its carbon footprint lower. The audit focused on further efficiency measures across the overall infrastructure as well as the integration between different processes and the implementation of Renewable Energy.
In total, the audit showcased potential savings topping the 40% annually – if all measures are implemented.
