The Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero is located in the heart of downtown taking up the top 11 floors of the 48-floor 345 California Center tower, making it the highest hotel in the City.  The hotel boasts 155 guest rooms and suites with sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay over a total built-up area of about 15,000m²/161,500ft²

EEG was contracted to complete an ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit as part of the luxury hospitality company's environmental best practices and issued the report in October 2022.
