EEG is currently undertaking the complete energy auditing of all Ooredoo facilities in order to devise the Energy Management Program of the group. The project is done In partnership with MMG Qatar and as part of its global FM contract with Ooredoo, the leading Telecom carrier in the State of Qatar.

The project covers a large variety of premises from a landmark tower to technical complexes, retail outlets, and mobile GSM shelters. The key challenges are the scale of the project and the coordination with a wide spectrum of teams for the gathering of needed information and field assessments. 

The completion of the work is expected to be done by the end of the year with the development of the road map of a comprehensive energy efficiency improvement across all Ooredoo Qatari operations.
