Following a walk-through energy audit undertaken in the premises, EEG has signed an agreement to undertake a complete lighting retrofit of the property on a performance contracting basis . The total annual energy savings are projected to top the 460,000 Kwh annually while the project is to be completed by the end of June 2017.
