In their aim to optimize their energy consumption and reduce their sustainability footprint as well as to solve their Low ΔT situation, both the Opus and Me by Melia Dubai were looking to have a complete energy assessment of their entities.
EEG completed ASHRAE Level 2 Audits for both entities separately, delivering a thorough analysis of their existing infrastructure and operations. The audits identified a detailed set of Energy Efficiency Measures, concentrating on overall optimization and specifically addressing the persistent low ΔT syndrome. The project was finalized in May 2024.
