Demonstrating its proactive approach to resource efficiency, Jumeirah Emirates Towers partnered with EEG to conduct a detailed ASHRAE Level 2 Energy and Water Audit.
The project was successfully completed in Q3 of 2025. The final assessment delivered to the hotel management provides a comprehensive roadmap of efficiency opportunities, including 15 separate Energy and Water Efficiency Measures (E&WEMs). If fully implemented, these measures have the potential to deliver substantial annual operating cost reductions and environmental benefits, with projected savings exceeding 25% across energy and water consumption.
