The Jumeirah Emirates Towers complex is one of Dubai's most iconic architectural achievements. The hotel tower itself, known as Emirates Tower Two, soars 56 stories high with a structural height of 309 meters (1,014 ft). This sophisticated 5-star property boasts 400 rooms and suites within a built-up area exceeding 95,000 square meters. The hotel forms part of the prominent Emirates Towers complex, connected to the Emirates Office Tower by a retail boulevard, and offers guests direct access to the Dubai Metro and the innovative Museum of the Future. • Energy Management: Utilizing an advanced Building Management System (BMS) and integrated room automation systems to intelligently monitor and regulate climate control and power usage across the extensive property, alongside the implementation of LED lighting and energy-efficient cooling solutions.
• Water Stewardship: Deploying water bottling and filtration systems to significantly reduce reliance on external supplies, aligning with Jumeirah Group’s strategy for water conservation.

 Comprehensive Audit Completed in Q3, 2025

Demonstrating its proactive approach to resource efficiency, Jumeirah Emirates Towers partnered with EEG to conduct a detailed ASHRAE Level 2 Energy and Water Audit.

The project was successfully completed in Q3 of 2025. The final assessment delivered to the hotel management provides a comprehensive roadmap of efficiency opportunities, including 15 separate Energy and Water Efficiency Measures (E&WEMs). If fully implemented, these measures have the potential to deliver substantial annual operating cost reductions and environmental benefits, with projected savings exceeding 25% across energy and water consumption.

This actionable strategy equips Jumeirah Emirates Towers with a clear path to further minimize its carbon footprint and operating costs, reinforcing its status as a leader in conscious luxury and a model for sustainable urban development in the Middle East.
