EEG completed the Energy, Water, and Carbon Audits for the Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj AlShaya
Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya is a luxury urban resort in the heart of Kuwait City occupying 22 storeys with 284 rooms and suites, including two large ballrooms with conference suites, an expansive pool-level terrace, five restaurants and lounges, and world-class spa and fitness facilities.
The design is inspired by mashrabiya latticework, an open, crisscrossed framework used in traditional Arabic architecture since the Middle Ages.
As part of the luxury hospitality company's environmental best practices, EEG was contracted to complete an ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit, a Water audit, and a zero carbon transition plan. The project was successfully completed and the report was issued in May 2023. Since then, the property has initiated a number of actions with positive results.
