It includes a total of 171 rooms and suites, three flagship F&B outlets (Zafferano Restaurant, Piazza Lounge, and Bentley’s Whiskey Bar), an 800m2 10 treatment rooms in Jaleh SPA and Health Club,  a 24/7 fitness club of 211m2 and an indoor pool on the 7th floor with a full glazed skylight. The property has four key utility supplies: electricity, natural gas, and diesel driving the hot water/steam boilers, as well as water.

The Hotel management was looking to have an energy audit to optimize all its various utilities' consumptions and improve the related sustainability footprint.

EEG completed an ASHRAE Level 2 Energy Audit with a comprehensive analysis of the current infrastructure and operations in relation to the utilities and provided a road map of 14 Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) with the individual technical and economic analysis as well as prioritization starting with the Low Cost/no Cost actions. The combined EEMs provided potential savings of 24% on electricity and 15% on thermal energy.

The energy audit was initiated in September 2021 and completed in December 2021.
