EEG (Energy Efficiency Group) was chosen to undertake the energy audit of the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech which started operation in 2015.

This is the first time EEG works with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and it comes in a landmark property that is set on a 20 hectares land with the snow-capped Atlas Mountains providing a stunning backdrop. The property has 54 private walled villas with pools and hot tubs along with nine suites with their own rooftop plunge pool. In addition, it includes a 1800m² SPA and a 310m² of meeting space.

EEG will cover holistically all the infrastructure of the property including MEP and Building Envelope in all public spaces, BOH and Villas , and provide the road map of Efficiency Actions that would help optimize the overall utilities costs.
