In adherence to the requirements of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, EEG (Energy Efficiency Group) conducted an ASHRAE Level II Energy Audit for the complex. This comprehensive audit analyzed the technical operations and led to the identification of 19 Energy Efficiency Measures aimed at reducing the property's energy consumption and carbon footprint.
The project commenced in January 2023 and was successfully completed by the end of April, aligning the hotel with sustainable practices and optimizing its energy efficiency.
