June 30th - 2020 - Vancouver, BC- Airsset and EEG (Energy Efficiency Group International) are pleased to announce a cutting-edge partnership that brings Airsset’s continuous Indoor Air Quality monitoring and solutions service to the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region.
This partnership comes as companies begin to reopen in the MENA region, people that live and work in buildings are looking for trust and confidence in building owners and operators are taking every precaution to ensure health and safety, starting with the air they breathe. Though guidance around the transmission of COVID-19 continues to evolve, experts agree that indoor air quality is a top priority.
Even before the outbreak of the pandemic, Airsset and EEG found a desire by owners and operators to maintain healthy buildings to improve employee productivity and reduce absenteeism. Although the current economic environment has changed dramatically, as the economy rebounds, owners and operators are expected to make further investments on behalf of the people who live and work in their buildings.
Airsset is focussed on delivering a clean air work environment by providing employer and owners practical solutions to enable cost-effective investments based on quality and expert reviewed air quality data. Airsset work with their partners and clients to assess their indoor air quality and establish a baseline through continuous monitoring. Airsset doesn’t just identify/report problems, the team leverages its extensive HVAC and building expertise to suggest appropriate corrective action to improve air quality, because just pointing out deficiencies or implementing a solution not appropriate for the situation, just doesn’t add value. Our goal is to establish a healthy and comfortable indoor environment while reducing energy usage and ecological impact.
“We are very excited to be working with EEG, a strong leader in sustainable and healthy buildings. Their commitment to the built environment is very much in line with our own vision of building design and operations that is focused on its inhabitants,” said Michael Driedger, Co-Founder of Airsset.
“We have been looking for a while to expand our services into the IAQ arena which is linked to our core business of Energy Management and we are thrilled by our partnership with Airsset. They bring the depth, expertise and technical platform that will allow us to provide comprehensive IAQ assessments as well as cloud-based continuous monitoring to our clients across our region and beyond ” said Ronald Diab, CEO of EEG,
