Following on from the successful completion of an energy audit for Hotel part including the BOH and the FOH, EEG has been contracted to perform an in-depth energy and sustainability audit for each of the 45 privately owned residences in the premises. Each residence is a standalone unit with decentralized cooling systems, but with shared hot water from a set of gas-driven boilers. The focus is on optimizing total utilities cost for each residence and the project, which is scheduled to be completed within two months, will provide owners with concrete measures to help them reduce electricity, gas and water usage.
